Message Hey yall.

Well in coping with the fact that my car will soon roll over 100k whether I like it or not, I recently decided to activate my boost controller rather than just running on the wastegates ever since the build. It has been almost 10k miles of what *I* consider "break in" @ 15PSI max.

Turning on the AVCR setting A I immediately noticed a much improved boost response, much smoother boost curve as well. Just from activating the control function on the damn thing.

As the tuning and self-learning modes were in progress it would spike to 19, 20 PSI, so I toned it down. I dialed in some boost and duty starting at 2500 (17PSI) and then at 4500 I gradually start to decrease both so that in the top end I am not over boosting the motor (15PSI).

Well, last night the Z broke loose at like 80 or 85 in 4th gear while only peaking at 17.1PSI. Which means my BC has finally finished self learning and is hitting boost levels just how I wanted.

The problem is that the car is now stupid fast. Of course I need tires, maybe time for NT05R's all the way around. I mean it is so fast my mind just goes blank when I floor it and I cant really remember what happened during those few seconds. I just keep an eye on my wideband and make sure it stays in the green.

SO my initial thoughts were on lowering the center of gravity, maxing out the drop on these SPL coilovers. But then I wouldnt be able to get into my drive way. But shit, this car is so fast it now seems like something to put in a storage unit! I told my wife when I got home "ok time to put this away for a couple days..."

But now guys my biggest concern in this car is just overall road stability. I have a feeling this will be made up somehow in suspension components, but which ones? I really dont know so I am asking. I just want the car to stick. The car is already very stable but I am just really wanting to know what can be improved on to really give me that peace of mind back. Should I go ahead and get front and rear strut bars? I was also thinking about that Driven Authority rear diffuser to put some additional downforce on the back end. Supposedly they are releasing V2 next week with some cosmetic changes and flat black coating.

This is the extent of my suspension components:

SPL coilovers
SPL rear upper arms
SPL front tension rods
SPL fender braces
300 Degree front camber kit
ES Anti Sway Bars/Bushings
Specialty Z Subframe Spacers

So aside from R compound tires and a new alignment, what can I do to increase stability under hard accelleration and high speeds? OR is tires going to be like the miracle cure?

Thanks in advance.
